We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our pharmacist or prescriber, it is not appropriate or safe to do so. Providing false or misleading information in your health assessment may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment. A prescription will be generated solely at the discretion of our registered prescriber. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation.
Prescriptions issued are valid for the treatment course specified and may not be transferred or used at a third-party pharmacy without prior arrangement. You must inform us of all current medications and medical conditions before and during treatment.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Delivery timescales may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal service delays or adverse weather conditions.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to your nominated UK delivery address. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where required. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been generated and the medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.
